Terms of Use

These terms cover this website and the Warpway waitlist. Warpway is AI code review that is still in development. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who we are

Warpway is built by CMG Labs, LLC, 3790 El Camino Real, Unit #593, Palo Alto, CA 94306, USA (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at marcus@cmglabs.ai.

What the waitlist is

  • Warpway is not available yet. This site describes a product we plan to build, and the waitlist lets you ask for early access when it opens. No service is provided to you today.
  • Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. You don’t commit to buying or using anything.
  • We don’t promise that Warpway will launch, that you will be invited, or when. Invitations may be limited and we may decide whom to invite first, for example based on the optional answers you give.
  • Features, design, availability and pricing are not set. What the site describes, including the example pull request and review shown on the home page, illustrates our plans and may change or never ship.
  • If you are invited, using Warpway itself will be covered by separate terms that you can review before you start.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. The waitlist is meant for software professionals and teams evaluating Warpway for business use. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to share the information you give us, such as your work email and your GitHub organization name.

Your information

Please give accurate information and use an email address you control. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Emails from us

  • We may send you a confirmation email, then emails about early access, such as your invitation or a short question about what you need. If we send you a confirmation email and you don’t confirm, we won’t email you again.
  • We won’t sell your email address or send you unrelated marketing.
  • You can stop our emails at any time by replying to any of them or emailing marcus@cmglabs.ai. We will remove you promptly.

Acceptable use

When you use this site, you agree not to:

  • Submit signups with scripts, bots or other automated means, or create fake or bulk signups.
  • Sign up someone else without their permission, or use an email address that isn’t yours.
  • Interfere with the site, probe or test it for vulnerabilities without our permission, get around rate limits, or overload it.
  • Scrape the site, or send us anything unlawful, harmful or malicious.
  • Use the site in a way that breaks any law.

We may remove signups that break these rules, without notice. If you find a security issue, please tell us at marcus@cmglabs.ai and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before sharing it.

Invite links and priority

You can share your invite link with people you know. Please don’t spam it or post it where the rules don’t allow it. When someone joins through your link, or a teammate joins with your work email domain, you both move up the waitlist, up to a limit. Once we send confirmation emails, only people who confirm count. We don’t count signups that look automated, fake, or like one person using several addresses. Moving up is a priority, not a promise: we decide who gets access and when.

Feedback

We welcome ideas. If you send us feedback, suggestions or answers about what you would want from Warpway, you allow us to use them to build and improve our products, without paying you or owing you anything. We won’t publish your name or company with your feedback without your permission.

Intellectual property

The Warpway name, logo, site design, text, graphics and code are owned by CMG Labs, LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages of the site for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify or reuse its content or branding for other purposes without our written permission. GitHub is a trademark of GitHub, Inc. Warpway is not affiliated with GitHub. Other product names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.

Third-party services

The site uses services from other companies, described in our Privacy Policy, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and the waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will always be available, error-free or secure, or that anything it describes will be built. Nothing on this site is professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CMG Labs, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the site or the waitlist, even if we were told such damages were possible. Because the waitlist is free, our total liability for any claim related to the site or the waitlist is limited to 50 US dollars. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the site, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Ending the waitlist

We may change, pause or close the waitlist or the site at any time, with or without notice, and we may remove any signup. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing marcus@cmglabs.ai and asking us to delete your entry. The sections on feedback, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply after the waitlist ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in a country whose laws give you rights that cannot be waived, such as the right to bring a claim where you live, these terms do not take those rights away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will email the people on the waitlist before it takes effect. If you keep using the site or stay on the waitlist after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can leave the waitlist at any time.

General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and the waitlist. If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
